2. Reservation

The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform. 9. Price

The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless special arrangements are indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price.Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) where applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site to the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date. 10. Payment

12. Convention of proof

13. Force majeure

16. Internal regulations

Access to the property is reserved for guests unless explicitly agreed by the owners.

The Castell Rose is a peaceful place, so everyone is asked for discretion and respect for others. Any sound equipment is prohibited on the entire property, on the terraces, in the park and around the swimming pool.

The living room and the south terrace are accessible to occupants of the guest rooms during breakfast times.

The occupants of the gîtes have a private terrace in front of their accommodation and have access to the property's facilities such as tennis, swimming pool, gym and the park.

• Guest rooms :

  • Guests are asked not to eat meals in rooms with the exception of balconies. It is possible to have meals in the park, near the swimming pool. By agreement of the owners it is possible to have a meal in the gallery, on the terrace.
  • Selective sorting bins are available at the entrance to the property next to the car park. A trash bag is available in each room.
• Gîtes :
  • An inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure. Occupants are asked to clean before their departure.
