For your comfort, you have a private terrace in front of the apartment, access to the park, tennis, gym and swimming pool.

Castell Rose offers a 20 m2 air-conditioned studio on the ground floor overlooking the ornamental pond in the north garden, including an integrated kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm).
