Castell Rose offers you a 38 m2 air-conditioned ground-floor apartment with a view of the ornamental pond in the north park.
This air-conditioned accommodation includes a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet, a living area and a bedroom with a king size double bed of 180x200 cm.
For your comfort, you have a private terrace in front of the apartment, access to the park, tennis, gym and swimming pool.
Breakfast is not offered for apartments.
HOUSEHOLD :
We ask that you return the accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Therefore, recycling containers are available at the entrance to the property, a composter is located next to the tennis court, and household products and equipment are provided in the accommodation.
